Hammond Institute Pty Ltd (TOID 90720) is a Registered Training Organisation which has been delivering nationally accredited training since 2001. Hammond Institute works with the community, industry and employers to develop and deliver innovative training that equips people for jobs.
These quality indicators are based on a survey of 108 students and 42 employers. This sample represents 70 per cent of this organisation’s training delivery in the 2017 calendar year. The students and employer surveyed for these indicators were selected by this organisation in accordance with national guidelines.

Trainers and Assessors
All Trainers and Assessors for this qualification are required to meet the following requirements as specified in the Standards for RTOs 2015:
RTO’s training and assessment is delivered only by persons who have:
Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided; and
Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment. Industry experts may also be involved in the assessment judgement, working alongside the trainer and/or assessor to conduct the assessment.
